3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the rate and interval displayed at checkout.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance of each billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

All content on drmaxrevive.com — including videos, course materials, graphics, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Dr. Max Revive and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. Personal study use is permitted; sharing course materials externally is not.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — language learning and personal development results vary by individual effort, background, and consistency.

We are not responsible for technical disruptions, third-party platform outages, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Max Revive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
