Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of Dr. Max Revive's educational content. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
1. Digital Products and Courses
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of individual courses, downloadable materials, and one-time digital purchases are final once the content has been accessed.
If you purchase a course and have not accessed any content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- After 14 days, no refunds are issued on annual plans; you retain access until the end of the paid term.
3. Live Coaching Sessions
For individually booked 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 12 hours' notice.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests case-by-case for extraordinary circumstances, including:
- Duplicate purchases (accidental double charges).
- Technical failures on our end that prevented access to purchased content.
- Serious medical emergencies documented by a physician's note.
We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests outside our standard policy at our sole discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window using one of the methods below. Please include your full name, email address used at purchase, order number or transaction ID, and the reason for your request.
We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Courses or content that has been fully completed or downloaded.
- Subscription fees for months already elapsed.
- Promotional, discounted, or free-trial converted purchases (unless required by law).
- Coaching sessions that were delivered as scheduled.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
